Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email before sending any items back.

Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us by email within the withdrawal period.

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
